CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT

Handling Red Line & Green Line

Customs' automated customs system divides cargo into multiple risk lanes. Learn about the workflow details and how our operational team ensures your cargo remains efficiently processed.

Green Lane

Direct and Fast Goods Release Process
What is the Green Line?

The Green Lane is a customs service mechanism where your Goods Import Notification (PIB) document is directly approved by the Customs and Excise service computer system (SKP) without going through a physical inspection of the goods or document research by customs officials before issuing the Goods Release Approval Letter (SPPB).

Our Services on the Green Line:
  • Pre-Manifest Analysis & HS Code Validation: We validate tariff postal codes from the outset to ensure 100% accurate document declarations to maintain your importer profile's consistent Green Lane reputation.
  • Fast Delivery Order (DO) Processing:Once the SPPB is automatically issued, the document is immediately forwarded to the shipping lines to obtain container release permits.
  • Instant Trucking Coordination:Directly connect your cargo with a fleet of trucking partners for same-day container withdrawals out of major ports.

Red Lane

Intensive Physical Inspection of Goods & Documents
What is the Red Line?

The Red Lane is a strict oversight mechanism that requires imported cargo to undergo a **direct physical inspection of goods** by Customs officers and a thorough **examination of the accompanying customs documents (DPL)**. This is determined by several factors, such as the profile of a new importer, high-risk commodities, country of origin, or random selection by the system.

Our Services on the Red Line:
  • Processing the Red Line Notification Letter (SPJM): Our PPJK team immediately processes electronic document responses as soon as the SPJM is issued so that the deadline for submitting files is not missed.
  • Field Handling & Physical Fiat (Beading): Our field team coordinates with the warehouse manager to pull the container to the inspection gate, open the seal, and accompany officers when conducting physical cargo matching.
  • Preparation of Supporting Evidence for Customs Value: If a price or tariff dispute occurs, we assist in the preparation of documents (proof of transfer, bank statements, catalogs) to minimize the occurrence of Correction Notes (Notul)/fines.
